The Department of Social Services will assist the aged, blind, and disabled individuals (65+) and their families with applying for Medicaid programs offered through New York State.  

This service provides a Family Support Navigator to assist families struggling with addiction issues, to navigate insurance barriers and connect them to appropriate services.
